Ropley Village Fayre - 2nd July 2005

A rather grey Saturday in Hampshire, as we join Ropley's Village Fayre, celebrating the Trafalgar bicentenary. It was a bit breezy, but the hankies still flew in the Street Dance.

The gap between spots - time for a rest and a chat.

Uptails always adds colour to proceedings

Green Willow

May Apple

Covering ground

Ending with the Rose.

A cup of tea after the performance.

For those who waited until the evening, the beacon was lit

And a fireworks display lit up the night sky.
